ODAT Services General Rules and Program Outline

ODAT Services And its staff are committed to treating all residents with respect, dignity, empathy, and transparency.

History of Sexual offenses, Violent felonies, and serious mental illness disqualify applicants for residency.

Recovery Communities Program outline-

  • Phase One (Months 1 and 2)- Recovery focused. Getting involved with your recovery and creating a recovery plan. Determining barriers to recovery and setting a plan to overcome those.
  • Phase Two (Months 3 & 4)- Plan into action. Working towards removing recovery barriers and putting plans into place to succeed long term.
  • Phase 3 (months 5 & 6)- Employment or education. Resident actively getting back into society and becoming self-sufficient through work or education.

Zero Tolerance Policy Concerning Use of Drugs and Alcohol

MAT- Residents may be enrolled in MAT while living with ODAT Services Recovery Communities. Resident agrees to take MAT only as prescribed.

Resident agrees not to engage in any illegal activities during the duration of their residency. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the Resident’s tenancy with 30 minutes to vacate the property.

Disruptive behavior by the Resident will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the Resident’s tenancy. Disruptive behavior includes, without limitation, the following:

  • Physical or verbal abuse/violence/Intimidation
  • Destruction of property
  • Disrespect and/or lying to staff or to other house management.
  • Drug talk/romanticizing
  • High risk behaviors
  • Theft of any kind
  • Gambling in the house

If the resident has made a prior commitment to an outpatient treatment program prior to or during their residency with either through the courts or voluntary admittance, they are required to stay in compliance with that treatment center during their duration of their residency.

The resident will be responsible for supplying their own clothes, toiletries, and food. Everything else will be provided

The resident will be assigned weekly chores.

Good relations are to be maintained with our neighbors and the community, and Resident shall conduct himself or herself accordingly.

The Resident is required to create a recovery plan upon entry, this plan must include 12-step or faith-based recovery meetings (AA/NA/CA/Celebrate Recovery etc.). One of these meetings will be their home group. If working, the resident must attend 3 meetings per week. If resident is not working, they are required to attend 7 meetings per week. Your outpatient treatment counts towards these meetings.

Residents can stay the night at other places after the 30-day orientation with permission of ODAT Services Management for no more than 2 nights a week with approval. There will be no overnight guests of any kind at the property
