ODAT

Peer Navigator Program

Building Trust, Connection, and Pathways to Recovery

Peer Navigator Program

ODAT’s Peer Navigator program provides compassionate, non-judgmental support to both, individuals who use drugs and those in the early stages of recovery throughout Snohomish County. This service focuses on building trust, meeting people where they are, helping them navigate systems of care and harm reduction resources.

The Peer Navigator conducts outreach, offers crisis and family support, and assists with referrals and care coordination for individuals interested in support for their recovery. Through collaboration with community partners and ongoing professional development, the Peer Navigator works to strengthen connections to care and promote recovery, harm reduction, stability, and overall well-being.

Guiding Individuals Toward Wellness

Empowering Recovery Through Connection

This program plays a vital role in bridging the gap between individuals and the resources they need to thrive. By offering consistent, empathetic support, Peer Navigators help clients build confidence, strengthen life skills, and access the tools necessary for long-term recovery.
